  • Expressions of interest are invited. Please see form attached to the page for each apartment on this site.
    Once prices for the apartments are known, interested parties will be contacted in the order in which their EOI was received.

  • Once you decide to purchase an apartment Couper Lawyers will issue a Sales Contract to your nominated solicitor or conveyancer. The apartment will be noted as “Under Offer”.

    It is expected that your solicitor/conveyancer will make relevant enquiries on your behalf and proceed to an unconditional exchange of contracts within 10 business days of the Sales Contract being issued.

    If exchange does not take place within 10 business days the property will no longer be noted as “Under Offer” and the vendor reserves the right to place the property back on the market for sale.

    On exchange of Contracts you are required to pay a 10% deposit, which will be invested with interest shared equally between the vendor and the purchaser until the deposit is released to enable settlement of the contract. Settlement is to occur within 14 days of notice of registration of the Plan of Subdivision being given to your solicitor/conveyancer .

  • Purchasers should discuss Stamp Duty with their legal representative. As a general rule in NSW, a purchaser must pay Stamp Duty within 3 months of signing the contract for sale.

  • Vista Apartments comprises a basement car park and storage area, plus three levels of luxury apartments. A centrally located lift provides access to all levels.

    Apartments 1 and 3 are situated at the northern end of the building on Levels 1 and 2, while Apartments 2 and 4 are at the southern end on Levels 1 and 2. Apartment 5, our stunning penthouse, is located on Level 3.
